Health OS Privacy Policy

1. Overview

Health OS is a private, single-tenant personal health biometrics ingestion and visualization dashboard developed for personal use under the HADES autonomous operating architecture.

2. Information Collected

Health OS only collects health and wellness data that you explicitly ingest or authorize via connected sources:

• Google Account Data: Name, email address, and profile picture provided via Google Identity Services for authentication purposes only.
• Wearable Data: Step counts, resting heart rate, active energy, sleep intervals, and body weight from Apple Health or Fitbit.
• Clinical Records: Lab observations (e.g. HbA1c, fasting glucose, lipid panels) imported from Austin Regional Clinic (ARC) MyChart FHIR R4 bundles.
• Nutrition Logs: Food and macronutrient logs ingested from Grocy.

3. Data Usage & Protection

Your health data is strictly private. It is never sold, shared, monetized, or used for automated advertising. Access to the dashboard is restricted exclusively to authorized Google accounts.

4. Cloudflare Infrastructure

When deployed, Health OS runs on Cloudflare Pages and securely stores encrypted state in Cloudflare Workers KV. Session tokens are transmitted over TLS and stored in HttpOnly secure cookies.

5. Medical Disclaimer

Health OS provides informational reference visualization only. It is not a medical diagnostic tool or device. All metrics and alerts should be interpreted in consultation with a licensed healthcare provider.
